Whenever I could, I asked the burners I photographed if I could publish their photos.
If their answer was positive (and it nearly always was), I had them read my Model Release Agreement laminate on the left, and when they accepted its terms (which they always merrily did), photographed them holding the laminate to seal their agreement.
While I did not (and will not) publish any photo of the very few burners who refused to be published, I did publish some photos of burners whom I didn't manage to ask for a formal agreement. If its your case and you don't want your photos published, please send me an email and I'll get them removed from the Burning Man Galleries.
